1. Foundation: The foundation of the equipment must be a cement floor above 100mm.
2. Place the equipment on the foundation and place it in a good position to ensure that the frame does not deform or shake during normal operation.
3. Wiring, three-phase live wire, neutral wire + ground wire;

6. Adjustment:
The adjustment of the injection cylinder depends on the requirements of the extruded product and the quality of the product.
Adjust according to actual requirements. If there are patterns on the surface of the pressed product: 1. It is a cold mold, press a few molds, 2.If the pressure is insufficient, adjust the small cylinder R1 (counterclockwise rotation), 3. The burr of the pressed product is too large, adjust R1 rotates clockwise (see picture);
The mold cannot be discharged under normal pressure, and the feed port has a handle. Please adjust the small oil cylinder R2. The feed port of the pressed product is not good for blanking. Please adjust the small oil cylinder R2 (see picture);
After the equipment is installed and adjusted (pay attention to the steering direction of the hydraulic pump) and during daily use, it must be followed;
7.1. Turn on the circuit breaker on the side of the control box, and the equipment is in a standby state;
7.2. Turn on the [Power Switch], wait for about 30 seconds, wait for the touch screen to turn on, turn the [Scheduled Heating] knob to the [Warm] position, the touch screen will automatically jump to the temperature control interface, and the crucible starts to warm up. The furnace nozzle will not be heated temporarily. When the crucible temperature reaches 350ºC, the furnace nozzle will automatically heat up. (Hazard reminder: non-professionals should not operate the zinc alloy during financialization and after melting, so as to avoid burns!)
7.3. Wait until the temperature rises to the required temperature and the zinc alloy in the pot has melted,
Turn the [Manual/Auto] knob to the [Manual] interface, click on the touch screen, [Die-casting jog mold opening], and raise the mold to the top. Turn the knob to the [Auto] interface, turn on the oil pump, and turn off the injection permit. (Under normal circumstances, it is the off position [light OFF], and the mold is closed and opened back and forth, and the machine is first tested for several times.
7.4. Install the mold and insert the cooling tube on the mold. Do not leak water. Note: At this time, set the [Injection Allowed] to [Light off] state, and then press the [Manual Mold Clamping] switch. There is a gap phenomenon. After cycling several times, confirm that the mold is installed correctly. After the mold is closed, click [Blow Test] to record the air pressure value (for example, 0.295mpa), and then set the digital pressure gauge [press the S key] The air pressure is lower than the detected air pressure 0.010mpa (if it was 0.295 just now, set 0.285);
7.5. Finally, turn on the injection [Allow Switch], and it can work automatically.
7.6. It is best to make the zinc alloy material in the pot one centimeter below the plane of the piston and cylinder liner before leaving get off work; (this will prolong the life of the dry pot many times)
Note: Please tighten the pressure relief valve (the knob next to the motor junction box) when starting up!
When repairing, be sure to open the pressure relief valve to completely release the pressure!
