Safety Reminder


Reminder:read before open machine

Dangerous reminder:
  1. This equipment must be grounded. it is forbidden to stack flammable and explosive material next to machine;
  2. When debugging the mold.be sure to set "material shooting allow" to be"material shooting off".(the light off on switch=off" so as not to spray the material.
  3. before putting the wire into mold. Do not change the "shooting allow"to be on.(so as not spray material to burn the skin,remember!
  4. Non-professionals must not operates during or after zinc-alloy process financilization.
  5. before leaving the working place,scoop off the zinc alloy material in the spot to one centimeter below the plane of piston and cylinder liner(this can extend the life of the crucible).
  6. Don't stand within the plane of diecasting die cap to avoid burns from ejected material!
  7. Note: the temperature value set must not higher than 430.C to avoiding the jamming and damage of piston and cylinder liner during heating.to change new pot the temperature must be less than 420.C.
  8. In normal work, please cover the protective cover on the mold to avoid ejection of material!
  9. If the material is turned inside the pot, or the material is always spilled, it means that the life of the dry pot is up, or the piston rod needs to be replaced, please replace the crucible or piston rod in time!
  10. When repairing and maintaining the joints of the equipment, please open the pressure relief valve to relieve the pressure (the pressure relief valve is next to the oil pump motor junction box);
  11. This machine uses 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil, which is replaced once a year/every shift;
  12. Crucible feeding should not be higher than the 3CM position of the pot mouth.

Overview


EFT60-15-B die-casting machine is mainly used for die-casting zinc alloy parts for ф1.5mm steel wire. The main features of this equipment are: stable and reliable operation, high accuracy, and fast speed. The whole machine adopts 45# steel quenched and tempered plate, Equipped with precision processing by the machining center, the frame shape materials are cut by computer water cutting. The appearance is beautiful and durable. The hydraulic pump adopts Taiwan SML vane pump, which has the advantages of low noise, long life and no hotness. The heating adopts electric heating pipes. Heating into the pot body, the heating system adopts Taiwan thermostat to control the automatic pressure regulating module to adjust the temperature with the advanced PID control method, the temperature difference is small, the heat preservation is good, and the life is long. This equipment is widely used in transportation, aviation, medical and other industries to brake Necessary equipment for wire, cable wire, connecting wire, sofa joystick, and control wire (rod)!

 

Equipment composition


The machine mainly consists of the following eight parts:
1. Melting system: 9KW electric heating tube (the total power of heating tube, PID control generally only uses half), and then heat the zinc alloy pot to 420ºC,
2. Hydraulic system: consists of vane pump, oil circuit branch plate, solenoid valve, etc.,
3. Mould: It adopts replaceable mould core design!
4. Frame parts: mainly welded by 45# steel plate and thickened square tube, then rust-removing treatment, then high-temperature quenching and tempering and finalizing, after baking paint treatment, the appearance is beautiful and stain resistant;
5. Electronic control device: mainly composed of touch screen, plc control Taiwan PID two-way temperature controller, contactor, circuit breaker, voltage adjustment module and other electrical components and cabinets.
6. Cooling system: piping, joints, cooling box, etc., to cool the die-casting mold;

Installation and adjustment

1. Foundation: The foundation of the equipment must be a cement floor above 100mm.
2. Place the equipment on the foundation and place it in a good position to ensure that the frame does not deform or shake during normal operation.
3. Wiring, three-phase live wire, neutral wire + ground wire;
4. For air connection, please connect 0.4-0.6MPA compressed air;

6. Adjustment:
The adjustment of the injection cylinder depends on the requirements of the extruded product and the quality of the product.
Adjust according to actual requirements. If there are patterns on the surface of the pressed product: 1. It is a cold mold, press a few molds, 2.If the pressure is insufficient, adjust the small cylinder R1 (counterclockwise rotation), 3. The burr of the pressed product is too large, adjust R1 rotates clockwise (see picture);
  The mold cannot be discharged under normal pressure, and the feed port has a handle. Please adjust the small oil cylinder R2. The feed port of the pressed product is not good for blanking. Please adjust the small oil cylinder R2 (see picture);
 

Operating procedures

 

After the equipment is installed and adjusted (pay attention to the steering direction of the hydraulic pump) and during daily use, it must be followed;
7.1. Turn on the circuit breaker on the side of the control box, and the equipment is in a standby state;
7.2. Turn on the [Power Switch], wait for about 30 seconds, wait for the touch screen to turn on, turn the [Scheduled Heating] knob to the [Warm] position, the touch screen will automatically jump to the temperature control interface, and the crucible starts to warm up. The furnace nozzle will not be heated temporarily. When the crucible temperature reaches 350ºC, the furnace nozzle will automatically heat up. (Hazard reminder: non-professionals should not operate the zinc alloy during financialization and after melting, so as to avoid burns!)
7.3. Wait until the temperature rises to the required temperature and the zinc alloy in the pot has melted,
       Turn the [Manual/Auto] knob to the [Manual] interface, click on the touch screen, [Die-casting jog mold opening], and raise the mold to the top. Turn the knob to the [Auto] interface, turn on the oil pump, and turn off the injection permit. (Under normal circumstances, it is the off position [light OFF], and the mold is closed and opened back and forth, and the machine is first tested for several times. 
7.4. Install the mold and insert the cooling tube on the mold. Do not leak water. Note: At this time, set the [Injection Allowed] to [Light off] state, and then press the [Manual Mold Clamping] switch. There is a gap phenomenon. After cycling several times, confirm that the mold is installed correctly. After the mold is closed, click [Blow Test] to record the air pressure value (for example, 0.295mpa), and then set the digital pressure gauge [press the S key] The air pressure is lower than the detected air pressure 0.010mpa (if it was 0.295 just now, set 0.285);
7.5. Finally, turn on the injection [Allow Switch], and it can work automatically.
7.6. It is best to make the zinc alloy material in the pot one centimeter below the plane of the piston and cylinder liner before leaving get off work; (this will prolong the life of the dry pot many times)
Note: Please tighten the pressure relief valve (the knob next to the motor junction box) when starting up!
       When repairing, be sure to open the pressure relief valve to completely release the pressure!
